In Cannes, AMARA looks after apartments with two bedrooms or more, close to the Croisette and the centre, and villas with a garden and/or a pool in the hills. Second home or investment property, each home is presented and followed according to its character and your goals.

Rental management in Cannes: your questions.
How much does rental management in Cannes cost with AMARA?
AMARA's fee is 25% of rental income, VAT included,, calculated on the basis defined in the contract. Cleaning, linen, platform fees and maintenance are invoiced separately, at cost.
Do you manage lets during the Festival and trade fairs?
Yes. These periods need specific preparation: opening the calendar at the right time, adapted rates, short stays, business guests and sometimes late arrivals. AMARA organises them with you.
Which homes do you look after in Cannes?
Apartments with two bedrooms or more close to the Croisette and the centre, and villas with a garden and/or a pool in the hills. AMARA deliberately follows a limited number of homes to stay available.
Can I still use my home?
Yes. You share your dates and they are blocked straight away on every platform. You stay in control of your calendar.
