This website is designed to collect as little data as possible: it has no forms, sets no cookies and loads no external resources (fonts are hosted on the site itself).

When you contact us
If you write to us on WhatsApp, by email or on Instagram, we receive the information you choose to share: name, phone number, email address, details about your property.
- Purpose: to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a working relationship.
- Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
- Retention: three years from the last exchange if no contract follows; for the duration of the contract and then the legal retention periods if it does.
- Recipients: Clara Ghering only. No data is sold or shared.
These messages pass through the services you use — WhatsApp and Instagram (Meta) or your email provider — and Apple's iCloud Mail on our side. Those services apply their own privacy policies.
Hosting and server logs
The website host may record technical data (IP address, date, page requested) in server logs for security and reliability. The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States), which keeps these logs for a limited period under its own privacy policy. Netlify adheres to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which governs the transfer of this data.
Audience measurement
No audience measurement tool is used on this website.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers, which is why you are not shown a consent banner. If that ever changes, your consent will be requested first, with refusing made as easy as accepting.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@amara-conciergerie.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
